In my Berlin-based role, I contributed to the creative strategic development and operational excellence in the Brand and Communication team. Together, we structured and developed team capabilities across all marketing touchpoints, developing processes and creative output in close cross-team collaboration, ensuring effective market positioning while maintaining creative standards.



Creative & Art Direction: Led art direction, end-to-end project management across campaigns and content initiatives on the full marketing cycle. Developed for key visuals, creative briefings, and storyboards. Oversaw production with external teams and agencies, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Film & Content Production: 
Provided creative feedback, art direction, and project management for content and trailer films in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external production partners and agencies.

Brand Stewardship: 
Managed brand implementation across channels, scaling and localizing rebranding efforts for editorial and content marketing projects.

Team Leadership: 
Led and mentored junior and interns,, including onboarding, coordination, and talent sourcing.

Design & Motion: 
Created motion graphics, animations, and UI/UX elements to boost engagement and elevate visual storytelling.

Workflow Optimization: 
Implemented tools and streamlined workflows to increase production efficiency while maintaining creative standards.

CRM & Email Design: Designed engaging email campaigns aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Developed modular, responsive templates optimized for deliverability and conversion across devices. Collaborated with CRM managers, copywriters, and developers to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless automation integration. Led visual QA and A/B testing to refine layout and performance. Maintained consistency across customer touchpoints for lifecycle marketing, product launches, and promotional initiatives while optimizing landing pages and creatives for customer journeys using new branding guidelines.
